The daily crew.

02

Deep work on what matters.

Focused blocks running alongside your main training. Yoga for recovery, calisthenics for control, powerlifting for pure strength. All coached, all small groups.

03

Coached, one to one.

Everything we do in a class, tuned to one body and one set of goals. Fix what's holding you back, or build something specific — at your pace, on your schedule.

INSIDE A BOXX COLLECTIVE CLASS

What an hour here looks like.

Every Collective class runs on the same four-part shape. Your coach walks you through the intent of the day before you touch a barbell.

01

Brief & warm-up

Coach walks through the session, the focus of the day, and the movements you'll see. Group warm-up primes the exact patterns you're about to train.

02

Strength or skill

A focused block on one lift or movement — progressive sets, clear intent. You leave this block slightly better at something specific.

03

The workout

The conditioning piece. AMRAP, intervals, EMOM or for-time — scaled to your level, coached through fatigue.

04

Cool down

Short mobility or breathing reset. You walk out ready for the rest of the day, not wrecked.

WHO COLLECTIVE IS FOR

  • New to CrossFit and want to learn it properly from day one
  • Coming from a commercial gym and want structure instead of random workouts
  • Athletes from other sports looking for strength and conditioning
  • Anyone who wants to train three-to-five days a week with real coaching

SPECIALTY

Three blocks running alongside the main programme.

Specialty classes are focused blocks on a single discipline. Smaller groups, more individual feedback, and coaching that goes deep on one thing instead of wide on many. Run as short cycles, recurring weekly slots, or one-off workshops.

Yoga and breath specialty class at The Boxx

Yoga & breath — the reset.

Simple, practical flows built for lifters, not yogis. Hips, shoulders, spine — the joints that take the most damage from hard training — plus breathwork to drop your nervous system out of fight-or-flight between sessions.

  • Recovery-focused, paired with breath protocols
  • No flexibility prerequisites — we coach from wherever you are
  • Best used once or twice a week alongside Collective
Calisthenics specialty class — bodyweight strength work

Calisthenics — control before load.

Strict pull-ups, dips, push-ups, handstand progressions, core work. Bodyweight mastery that makes everything you do with a barbell better.

  • Foundations first: pull, push, press, core
  • Skill progressions tracked over weeks
  • Pairs cleanly with Collective or works on its own
Powerlifting specialty class — squat, bench and deadlift work

Powerlifting — the big three, done properly.

Squat, bench, deadlift. Bar path, bracing, setup. Progressive sets, not ego sets. A proper run-up for anyone who wants to build a serious strength base.

  • Coached sets on all three lifts
  • Programme cycles, not random heavy days
  • Beginner-friendly — the coach meets your bar wherever it is

Specialty blocks are announced in The Boxx Members App and the members' WhatsApp group. Ask a coach after class if you'd like to know what's running next.

One-to-one Boxx Precision coaching

PRECISION

One coach. One body. One plan.

Boxx Precision is one-to-one personal training built around where you actually are — your schedule, your movement, your history. Precision sessions sit outside group class hours and are scheduled directly with your coach.

  • Movement assessment at the first session
  • A plan that travels with you across weeks, not a fresh session every time
  • Best for restarting after time off, coming back from injury, or chasing something specific

SOLO

Boxx Solo — open gym, your way.

Weekdays 11 am – 5 pm, the studio opens up for self-directed training. You bring your programme; we give you the kit, the space, and a coach on the floor if you need one. Solo is a separate plan from Collective — ideal if you already know what you're doing, or want the studio between your group classes.

Solo hours: 11 am – 5 pm, Mon–Sat. Boxx GT members can use Solo hours on top of their group classes.
