Brief & warm-up
Station demos, pacing notes, and the day's race intent. You know what you're training before the clock starts.
HYROX AT THE BOXX
HYROX is hybrid racing — eight one-kilometre runs, eight functional stations, one clock. Our programming is built for race-ready athletes and anyone who wants a serious engine.
WHAT IS HYROX
HYROX is a global hybrid race series — eight 1-kilometre runs paired with eight functional stations: ski-erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer carries, sandbag lunges, wall balls. Same format every race, same stations, worldwide.
What makes HYROX hard isn't any single piece. It's holding pace across all of them, fatigued, for an hour or more. That's an engine problem. And engines get built with programming, not willpower.
At The Boxx, HYROX is a dedicated format — not CrossFit with a sled thrown in. The sessions are programmed specifically around the race shape and the demands it makes.
INSIDE A HYROX SESSION
Station demos, pacing notes, and the day's race intent. You know what you're training before the clock starts.
Focused work on one or two HYROX stations — sled pushes, ski-erg, farmer carries, wall balls. Efficiency first, speed later.
Race-style intervals: running paired with functional stations. Built to stress the engine under realistic HYROX fatigue.
Breathing work, mobility, recovery. Your next HYROX session starts here.
WHO HYROX IS FOR
PROGRESSION & EVENTS
We run shortened HYROX simulations at fixed points in the cycle. Same stations, same structure, different day — so you can see what's improving and what isn't.
When there's a race on the calendar, the HYROX crew trains toward it together. Pacing strategy, fueling, warm-up protocols, race-day logistics — all of it coached, not guessed.

WHEN IT RUNS
