What is Hyrox at The Boxx?

Hyrox at The Boxx is our hybrid endurance class that combines running intervals with functional stations like sled pushes, ski-erg, farmer carries and lunges. It’s built for people who want a stronger engine, better pacing and serious mental grit.

Every session is fully coached and structured. You don’t need to be race-ready to join — we scale distances, loads and reps so beginners and experienced athletes can train together while chasing the same intent of the workout.

Who is Hyrox Training For?

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to train Hyrox. You just need a willingness to work hard and get better week after week.

Inside a Hyrox Session

Each Hyrox class at The Boxx follows a clear flow so you understand exactly what we’re training and why. Over time, you’ll feel your pace, recovery and confidence shift upwards.

  • Brief & Warm-Up: Movement prep, station demos and pacing tips.
  • Technique Block: Focused work on 1–2 key stations (sled, row, carries, etc.).
  • Main Hyrox Piece: Intervals or race-style formats mixing run + stations.
  • Cool Down: Breathing, mobility and recovery work to bring the system down.

Some days feel like race simulations, others are more interval and technique-focused. Together, they build a complete engine.

Progress, Testing & Events

Hyrox training blocks are planned across weeks so you don’t just feel tired — you see progress. We repeat key benchmarks, measure pace, and build your confidence to handle more work with cleaner movement.
