Effective from November 2025. The Boxx Studio ("The Boxx", "we", "us") operates the website at theboxx.in. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and what your rights are under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form.
We collect the information you give us — your name, phone, email (optional), interest area, goals and preferred training time. The form is hosted by Google on our behalf. Google's own privacy terms also apply to that data in transit.
When you visit the site.
Your browser loads embedded Instagram content via Behold.so and an embedded map via Google Maps. Both of those third parties may set their own cookies to enable their widgets. We do not place analytics cookies at this time.
When you train with us.
Membership administration happens inside The Boxx Members App and FitGymSoftware — outside this website. Their privacy terms apply to that data.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and help you find the right class or plan
- To confirm trials, consults and sessions
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — details below.
Your rights under DPDP
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw consent for future use
To exercise any of these, email support@theboxx.in with "DPDP request" in the subject line. We will respond within a reasonable period.
