The Boxx opened in South Extension in late 2025 with one specific idea — that most people who've been training for years aren't stuck because they're lazy. They're stuck because nobody's told them what to work on next. We built a small, coached space for that problem.
INSIDE THE STUDIO
Every session is coached. Every class is capped. Every week has a plan behind it. We programme across strength, engine and skill on a rolling cycle — so you can see progress over months, not just "feel good after a workout" and hope it's enough.
Members train CrossFit-style group classes, dedicated HYROX engine sessions, and specialty blocks for yoga, calisthenics and powerlifting. Whatever format you pick, it's always coached.

Programming at The Boxx runs in cycles. What you do today builds on last week and sets up next month. You're not starting from scratch every time you walk in.
