Boxx Collective is our CrossFit-style strength and conditioning program — the core training track at The Boxx. These are coached group sessions that blend barbell work, dumbbells, kettlebells, machines and bodyweight movements to build a strong, capable body.
Every class is programmed in advance with a clear focus: strength, engine, skill or a smart mix of all three. You don’t need to plan your workout or think about which exercises to do — you just show up, follow the brief and train hard with a small crew.
Boxx Collective is designed to make you stronger, fitter and more athletic — not just tired. Over months, you’ll notice better posture, cleaner movement and more confidence with heavy loads and tough workouts.
Each Boxx Collective session follows a simple, predictable flow so you always know what to expect, even when the workout itself changes.
Movements, loads and volume are scaled up or down for each member, so beginners and advanced athletes can train in the same class and still get the right dose.
If you’re bored of random gym routines, want proper coaching and enjoy training in a small, serious community, this is your track. You don’t need experience — just a willingness to learn and show up consistently.
If it’s your first time, let the coach know before class. We’ll scale movements, reps and loads to your level while you learn the basics.
